The transport cost is calculated automatically when filling in your details and your delivery address. You can also request the cost of transport to our commercial department.

Payment

Stock orders must be paid in advance and will be shipped the instant payment is received. For orders from the catalog and the rest of the models that are not in stock, an advance of 50% of the total order is requested and the rest when it is ready to be shipped from the factory.

Once the advance payment is confirmed, the order manufacturing process begins.

Transportation and delivery:

The tiles are shipped from our warehouse in Palmomes, Los Barrios in the province of Cadiz.

The tiles are packed in cardboard boxes, of approximately 18 kg, packed and packed on a pallet and well protected so that it reaches its destination in perfect condition.

The delivery is made at street level in a place accessible to the delivery truck. It is the customer's responsibility to indicate if there is any restriction or difficulty for access. LH mosaic works with very serious transport and logistics companies that give a guaranteed service, but clients can use and organize on their own any other transport company desired under their responsibility.

Before signing the delivery, the customer must check the condition of the pallet and the tile boxes.

In case of apparent damage to the boxes or tiles, take photos and contact LH Mosaic. All claims must include photos in order to claim the carrier's insurance.

Returns and Refund:

Returns are only accepted for stock tiles /

Returns are not allowed for orders not for custom tiles as directed.

The right of return applies to the cost of the tiles and not to transport costs.

The costs of transporting the tiles back to our warehouse in Seville are borne by the customer.

Returned tiles must be neatly packed on a sealed pallet - as at delivery - to avoid damage during transport. Only unused products will be accepted for returns.

The return is possible for 14 days from the date of receipt of the product.

The refund will be made once the tiles have been verified and it has been verified that they are in good condition.

We sell high quality handmade products that may vary in color, shape and structure, these are not reasons for return / refund.

Measurements and quantities:

The buyer is responsible for the measurements provided and the quantities ordered. Returns are not allowed if the information on the order form is correct.

Sales contract:

The budget established through our website or sent by our commercial department serves as a sales contract and includes: color images of the selected tiles, quantities, financial and delivery details. Payment means acceptance of the sales contract and our sales conditions.

Limit of liability:

LH Mosaic provides the laying and maintenance instructions (PDF, web content, videos) but the responsibility is strictly limited to the supply of the tiles. We are not responsible for errors or bad practices during the laying, cleaning or maintenance of the floor.
